Madeira Tecnopolo, Madeira Technology and Science Park, assumes its role as Centre of Competences, in a constantly updating space, aiming to make use of, and transmit, the advantages coming from the relationship established in Strategic Areas such as Innovation and Applied Research, New Information and Communication Technologies, Sustainable Development, Environment, e-Education/Advanced Training/e-Learning.

Having an Expansion Plan foreseen for 42 hectares, distributed among areas like the University, the International Congresses and Exhibitions Centre, the Enterprise incubator or the Commercial Spaces, among others, Madeira Tecnopolo intends to accomplish its goals in its main intervention grounds: Project Development and International Congresses and Exhibitions Centre.
